A 10-minute daily routine in Safe Space
Most self-help dies because it asks for an hour. This is ten minutes inside Safe Space — web or Google Play.
Minutes 0–2: mood, sleep, one trigger
Not a novel. A number or a word for mood, hours of sleep, one trigger. You are collecting a week, not performing wellness.
Minutes 2–6: one CBT thought record
Situation → automatic thought → a fairer sentence. One record. If you cannot find a thought, skip — do not fake insight.
Minutes 6–8: longer exhale
Sit or stand. In 4, out 6, six rounds. If a wave is high, use 5-4-3-2-1 instead. The calm tools are in the same app so you do not hunt for a YouTube video.
Minutes 8–10: optional sentence to the AI psychologist
Only if something is still loud. One sentence, not a recap of the day. Open chat and stop when the two minutes end.
Why this builds trust with yourself
You finish. Finished 10-minute days beat abandoned 45-minute plans. Repeat tomorrow even if today was messy.
Set a daily reminder and run the ten minutes in the browser or on Android via Google Play. Not a diagnosis, not a clinic.
Safe Space is a self-help wellness tool, not a medical device, and does not replace professional care. If you are struggling or in crisis, contact a clinician or a crisis hotline.
